How to Order Custom Pre-Drawn Canvases for Your Event

Have a theme that isn't in the shop yet? We can draw it. Custom pre-drawn canvases let you turn any idea — a logo, a photo, a party theme, a Bible verse — into a canvas your whole group can paint. Here's exactly how ordering works.

Step 1: Tell us your idea

Send your theme, photo, logo, wording or inspiration through our free custom design request. Big or small — florals, monograms, a company logo, a pet, a scripture — we've drawn it.

Step 2: We send a free sketch

Our team hand-draws your design as bold, paint-ready outlines and sends you a sketch to approve. There's no charge for the design, and nothing goes into production until you say yes. You get two to three rounds of revisions to get it right.

Step 3: Choose size, format and quantity

Pick your canvas size — 8×10 for kids and shorter events, 11×14 for adults and more detail — and your format. Canvas Only is best if you already have paint and brushes; a Paint Kit comes with the supplies your guests need. There's no minimum: order one canvas or forty.

Step 4: We produce and ship

Once you approve the sketch, production begins and we ship within 3–5 business days. The clock starts at your approval, not at your order. If you have an event date, tell us up front and we'll confirm the timeline the same day.
