Returns & Refunds

Catalog designs

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused catalog canvases in their original condition for a full refund. Contact us first and we will send return instructions.

Custom designs

Custom artwork is made for you and cannot be returned. This is why we work the way we do: you approve the sketch before you pay, and you get two to three rounds of revisions to get it right. Nothing goes into production until you say yes.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your canvases arrive damaged, or if we sent the wrong item, we replace them at no cost. Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. This applies to custom orders too.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order before production begins at no charge. For custom orders, that means any time before you approve the sketch.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
