Where we ship from: All orders ship from New Jersey, USA.

Processing & production times

• In-stock, pre-drawn catalog canvases and paint kits ship within 1–2 business days.
• Custom-designed canvases require 1–3 business days for design and production, beginning after you approve your sketch.

Shipping & transit: We ship via UPS and USPS. Once your order ships, most packages arrive within 1–7 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Event deadlines & rush orders: Planning around an event date? Order as early as possible. If you have a firm deadline, email info@canvaspaintparty.com first and we'll do our best to accommodate a rush request.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for delays or losses from an incorrect address or carrier delays once a package leaves our facility.
