Where your order ships from
All orders ship from our location in West New York, New Jersey, USA.
Processing & production times
- In-stock, pre-drawn catalog canvases and paint kits ship within 1–3 business days.
- Custom-designed canvases require 1–3 business days for design and production, beginning once you approve your sketch.
Carriers & delivery
We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and choose the best option for your destination, order size, and timeline. Once your order ships, most packages arrive within 1–7 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Local pickup
Prefer to pick up your order in person? Local pickup is available at our West New York, NJ location during regular business hours. Just email info@canvaspaintparty.com to arrange a pickup time, and we'll let you know as soon as your order is ready.

Event deadlines & rush orders
Planning around an event date? Please order as early as you can. If you have a firm deadline, email info@canvaspaintparty.com first — we'll do our best to accommodate rush requests and make sure your canvases arrive in time.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address or by carrier delays once a package has left our facility. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email info@canvaspaintparty.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
