We ship from West New York, New Jersey. Every order ships with tracking.

Processing time

• Catalog designs: we produce and ship within 1–3 business days.
• Custom designs: we produce and ship within 3–5 business days of your sketch approval. The clock starts when you approve the sketch, not when you place the order.
• Large orders: timelines depend on quantity. Tell us how many canvases you need and your event date, and we will confirm the timeline the same day.

Rush orders

Need it sooner? Ask. We handle rush orders at no extra charge when our schedule allows.

International shipping

We ship internationally via USPS and DHL Express. Rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Any customs duties or import fees charged by the destination country are not included in our shipping rates.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available in West New York, NJ. Choose pickup at checkout or contact us to arrange a time.

Shipping damage

If your canvases arrive damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace them at no cost.
