Preparing a Ready-Outline Email Order

A finished outline can be the starting point for a canvas order. Useful preparation makes clear which file belongs to which design, how many canvases you want, and whether anything should change. You do not need to request design assistance simply because you are contacting Canvas Paint Party.

Describe the order before attaching files

Start with the occasion, event date if there is one, requested quantities and delivery destination. Treat the event date as planning information, not confirmation that a delivery deadline can be met. Use the Contact page for current contact options.

  1. Give each design a short name, such as Garden A or Team Tree.
  2. List canvas size and quantity beside that name. Give separate counts for different sizes.
  3. Match every name to one clearly named file. Identify the latest version if you sent an earlier file.
  4. State whether the design should stay as supplied or needs specific changes.
  5. List paint kits separately so sharing plans do not obscure canvas quantities.

Use a simple order ledger

An organizer could write: “Garden A: six canvases in the smaller size. Garden B: four in the larger size. Ten canvases total. Please discuss paint-kit quantities separately.” These are example quantities, not package requirements. Compare dimensions on the canvas size guide before sending the final list.

Add a sentence about each file: “Garden A is the finished outline; keep the wording exactly as shown. Garden B is a reference image; please simplify the fence detail.” This prevents a photograph, earlier sketch and finished outline from being mistaken for three designs.

Make your preview preference explicit

You may choose to see a digital preview, but reviewing or approving one is not required before placing an order. Write “I would like an optional preview” if you want that step. Otherwise, explain any requested changes clearly rather than assuming silence communicates a layout decision.

The custom canvas page also accepts photos and reference images as starting points. Keep your own source artwork and final instructions; do not rely on a future reorder being recoverable from an old attachment.

Questions before sending

Should I send payment details in the email?

No. Use the payment arrangement provided for the order. A planning email should contain the design brief and quantities, not card information.

What if I change one design after sending?

Reply in the existing conversation, identify the affected design and say which file replaces the previous version. Ask whether the change is still possible before assuming acceptance. Use the Contact page if you need help with the order.
