Painting activities and guest kits for hotels and vacation stays

For hotels, resorts and vacation-rental hosts deciding between a scheduled painting session for guests and canvases the property leaves for guests to paint on their own. Both use the same pre-outlined canvases and optional kits; what differs is who sets them out, where guests paint and how paintings travel home.

Ways a property can offer painting

Model Who runs it Plan for
Scheduled guest session Activities staff, in a lounge or event room Tables, water, a drying area and a set start time
Canvas and kit placed by the property Housekeeping or the host sets it out on arrival A guest card, table protection and a rule about where to paint
Available on request Front desk hands out a canvas and kit Stock kept dry and counted
Group or family stay The group's organizer, with the property's permission A room with tables and a cleanup plan

Scheduled sessions

A scheduled session works like any group painting event: covered tables, water cups, towels and a place to dry canvases. Your staff welcome guests and keep things moving; the outline does the drawing. We supply pre-outlined canvases and optional paint kits. We do not provide instructors, staff, venues or event management. The session run sheet covers the flow.

Canvases and kits left for guests

A guest gets a pre-outlined canvas and, if you choose, an optional paint kit; what a kit contains. The property decides where kits are placed and sets them out; we ship to the property's address, not to rooms or individual guests. Add what the kit does not cover: table protection and a water cup.

Write a short guest card

  • Where guests may paint, for example on the covered table, not on soft furnishings or outside on a windy balcony.
  • How to rinse brushes and where to leave water.
  • That the canvas needs time to dry flat before packing.
  • Who to ask for more towels.

We do not sell easels; canvases paint well flat on a table.

Storage and receiving

Keep canvases flat or upright and dry, and kits closed until use. Count deliveries when they arrive; report damage within one week of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. See damaged or missing items.

Planning by season

  1. Pick the periods

School holidays, rainy-day programs or group bookings.

  2. Estimate use

Sessions planned and kits you expect guests to take.

  3. Order ahead

We recommend contacting us at least two weeks before you need them.

  4. Record

What was used, what came back unused and which designs guests chose.

Designs and branding

Local scenes, the coastline or the property itself can become an outline through free design assistance, if you have the right to use the image. Custom-designed canvases cannot be returned, so confirm designs and quantities first.

What we do not provide

We do not deliver to rooms, stock properties, run guest activities or partner with properties through this page. We currently ship within the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii with extra shipping charges; properties outside the USA cannot order yet.

Questions properties ask

What should a property include in a supply inquiry?
Send the number of canvases and optional kits, preferred sizes, design references, delivery location and date needed. Ask us to confirm current pricing and availability before advertising a guest kit or activity.

Can kits be bought without canvases?
Kits can also be bought on their own; contact us about kit-only orders.

Can you deliver on a specific date?
We recommend contacting us at least two weeks before you need them; see timing for what affects dispatch.

For current order questions, contact the team. Read shipping and tracking guidance or order-problem and return guidance.
